We are dedicated to sustainably
producing food for local market.

We recirculate our water and nutrients over and over to reduce waste and pollution.

We create an environment that favors crop and inhibits pests and weeds.

We harvest rainwater off our metal roof for use in irrigation.

We use all farm and kitchen waste as chicken or goose feed.

We use our grey water to irrigate shade trees thus, reducing our heating and cooling costs.

We make the best use of native mesquite pods-selecting, reproducing, growing, and harvesting this natural resource for food and compost tea.

We always try our best to live and work in harmony with nature, not in conflict with it.

Our Season Has Come to an End For Now....
We are taking the summer off to fix things around the farm, hang out with the kids, and get ready for fall crops like Pomegranates, Figs, and Pecans.
